Philippa grew up on family farm in Leicestershire and attended The Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester, graduating in 2020 with a BSc (Hons). Philippa joined Brown&Co in 2025 as a Land Agent.

Prior to joining Brown&Co, Philippa practiced at another Midland firm where she became a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors and a RICS Registered Valuer, and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Philippa is involved in a wide range of professional work including valuations, agency and landlord and tenant matters.
