Rupert joined Brown&Co in 2026 to strengthen the Firm’s Natural Capital and Green Finance expertise. With six years of experience across green finance, sustainability, and engineering, Rupert brings analytical rigour and commercial awareness to some of the sector's most complex challenges, alongside a core focus on nurturing lasting relationships.

His previous work includes major Landscape Recovery schemes, that structured private capital alongside public funding to build long term income and resilience for landowners across the country. He has strategic experience in Biodiversity Net Gain, as well as delivery of carbon, water, and climate resilience benefits through nature markets and innovative digital products.

A Master's in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath underpins Rupert’s skills in financial modelling, process development, and project management. He applies these to define commercial strategies and help clients unlock the environmental, economic, and community value that nature-based solutions can deliver where traditional approaches fall short.
