Samantha joined Brown&Co in August 2025, and has started a degree apprenticeship in Rural Land Management in conjunction with Harper Adams University. 

Samantha carried out work experience in the Banbury office prior to finishing her A-levels in summer 2025 and was accepted onto the degree apprenticeship programme.

Samantha grew up in the countryside of South Warwickshire, predominantly around horses as a family business with strong links and interest in the local agricultural and rural community.
