Thomas joined Brown&Co in September 2025 as a Graduate Land Agent, studying towards his MProf at Harper Adams. Thomas graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2024 with a BA(Hons) in Geography.

Thomas has experience working on a dairy farm in Leicestershire, and spent 3 months in 2025 travelling around South East Asia.
