Tillie Started at Brown&Co in September 2025, after to completing work experience at the Firm in April 2024. Tillie is doing a Degree Apprenticeship in the Norwich Office. She is currently studying at Harper Adams University studying for a BSc Rural Enterprise and Land Management.

Tillie's apprenticeship provides her with hands-on exposure to key areas of rural surveying. At university, her academic learning will complement the practical experience she gains from work. Tillie is particularly interested in the rural land issues and policy development module.

Tillie assists with land valuation, property management, agricultural tenancies and client projects. She is driven by a passion for the countryside and has a commitment to supporting rural communities. Tillie is keen to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor upon completion of her degree apprenticeship.
