Tim joined Brown&Co in 2017 following the merger with Barfords. Tim, based in the St Neots office, specialises in all aspects of Residential Development Land Disposal including site assembly, advising
on planning strategy and site layouts.

Tim grew up in Hertfordshire before splitting his time between the Alps and the South of France. On
returning to the UK, he commenced his career in property with agents in Cambridge and then Hertfordshire. Tim continued to gain experience in Residential Property Development within a firm
of Chartered Surveyors based in central Cambridge before joining the team at Brown & Co.
