We worked with Devlin Developments to deliver a new set of house types for this site which delivered a traditional take on Norfolk homes, with contemporary details to ensure that they felt current and modern homes for people. Working with a committed client who has an eye for detail and a commitment to quality made the project very enjoyable to work on. The homes are occupied, and the residents love them, a real testament to good design and craftsmanship. We secured the Planning using emerging planning policy in Breckland, making the most of the need to deliver rural housing, in suitable areas of ‘in-fill’.
