This investment has a rent roll of £275,009 per annum and is available to purchase at a guide price of £2.6 million. The Rototek lease terminates on 24th December 2023 with a tenant’s break option on 24th December 2021. Therefore, the Barratt Steel lease has more than 10 years unbroken and this is to a tenant with a covenant strength of over £50 million of net worth.
