Planning consent was granted on appeal by the Planning Inspectorate in August 2015 under Application no. PF2014/1794/F for the construction of a 1½ storey three bedroom master en-suite detached dwelling. The site is broadly rectangular in shape and measures approximately 23m x 26m (75' x 85'), subject to measured survey.
The plot lies to the front of an existing dwelling along Poringland Road and although is located in Stoke Holy Cross it lies close to Poringland and Framingham Earl, both of which are well served villages with amenities including a supermarket, primary and high schools, public house, doctors and dentist surgery, etc. Norwich is approximately 5 miles to the north.
Head away from Norwich on the B1332 Bungay Road and proceed towards Poringland. Pass the high school on your left and at the roundabout turn right into Poringland Road. Continue for approximately half a mile and the piece of land will be found on the left hand side in front of a property known as no. 58 Poringland Road.
At any reasonable time during daylight hours at your own risk.
