Church Farm is located about 11 miles north of Lincoln and about 7.5 miles west of Market Rasen. The farm is situated in the hamlet of Cold Hanworth, in a single block between Spridlington Road to the north and Green Lane to the west. The Barlings Eau divides Lot 2 and 3. The A46 is 1.35 miles as the crow flies from the farm, where there is a road junction south-west to Lincoln and north-east to Market Rasen. The villages of Welton and Faldingworth are to the west and east respectively.
