Tender Procedure and Stipulations
1. Tenders must reach the offices of Brown&Co, Lincoln Office, 5 Oakwood Road, Lincoln LN6 3LH by 12 noon on Tuesday 30 June
2026. Tenders should be submitted in writing on the attached form and in an envelope addressed: For the Attention of Richard Godson/Lucy Wilson and clearly marked 'Tender for Digby House Farm.' No late tenders will be considered.
2. Alternatively, Tenders may be sent via email and must have the subject line "Tender for Digby House Farm" and have the completed Tender form attached. This should be emailed to: Rhona.Macdonald-Rose@brown-co.com
3. All offers should be stated in pounds sterling as a total sum of rent for a 12-month period. We recommend that your offer is for an
odd figure to avoid the possibility of duplicate bids.
4. Tenders should not be submitted, where they make reference to other tenders or are in an escalating form. These tenders will not be considered.
5. The Landlord does not undertake to accept the highest, or indeed, any offer.
6. If you wish to telephone to confirm receipt of your Tender documents, you should mark the envelope with your own personal reference, in order for it to be identified.
7. In submitting a Tender, you acknowledge that you have seen and understood the letting particulars, and you submit your offer on the basis that you are agreeable to their content.
