Location

The land lies to the west of the village of Digby, in the county of Lincolnshire. The land enjoys excellent access with extensive road frontage.

The land can be accessed direct from the public highway. If travelling from Digby, follow Church Street to the B1188, where you turn right and then immediately left on to the main road to Ashby de la Launde and the property is the first four fields on the left-hand side.

Viewing

The land may be viewed in daylight hours, with a copy of these letting particulars to hand and subject to prior notification to the Letting Agents, so that we may, out of courtesy, inform the outgoing tenants. Viewing is at your own risk and neither the Landlord nor the Letting Agents take any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred during the inspection. Please be aware of the risks of a working farm.

Tender Procedure and Stipulations
1. Tenders must reach the offices of Brown&Co, Lincoln Office, 5 Oakwood Road, Lincoln LN6 3LH by 12 noon on Tuesday 30 June
2026. Tenders should be submitted in writing on the attached form and in an envelope addressed: For the Attention of Richard Godson/Lucy Wilson and clearly marked 'Tender for Digby House Farm.' No late tenders will be considered.
2. Alternatively, Tenders may be sent via email and must have the subject line "Tender for Digby House Farm" and have the completed Tender form attached. This should be emailed to: Rhona.Macdonald-Rose@brown-co.com
3. All offers should be stated in pounds sterling as a total sum of rent for a 12-month period. We recommend that your offer is for an
odd figure to avoid the possibility of duplicate bids.
4. Tenders should not be submitted, where they make reference to other tenders or are in an escalating form. These tenders will not be considered.
5. The Landlord does not undertake to accept the highest, or indeed, any offer.
6. If you wish to telephone to confirm receipt of your Tender documents, you should mark the envelope with your own personal reference, in order for it to be identified.
7. In submitting a Tender, you acknowledge that you have seen and understood the letting particulars, and you submit your offer on the basis that you are agreeable to their content.
