St Faiths Church, Kings Lynn
St Faith’s Church in Gaywood, King’s Lynn is a Grade II* listed building of considerable historical and architectural importance. The church has Norman origins and a 14th-century brick tower, and is particularly notable for its 20th-century Arts and Crafts restoration and rare 17th-century Armada and Gunpowder Plot paintings.
As Inspecting Architects, we undertake the statutory quinquennial inspections, providing a comprehensive assessment of the condition of the church fabric and identifying priorities for repair and maintenance.
We work closely with the Parochial Church Council to develop a clear and achievable programme of works, helping the parish to plan repairs, manage risk, and safeguard the historic fabric of the building over the long term.
Through regular inspections and ongoing advice, the church is supported in making informed decisions about repair priorities, funding, and future conservation works, ensuring the building remains both structurally sound and fit for its role within the community.
