Sandra brings over 19 years of professional expertise in architecture and project management.

Throughout her career, she has developed in-depth knowledge of working with listed buildings and delivering sustainable projects.

Her portfolio spans a diverse range of residential and commercial projects, complemented by education and community developments. Sandra has successfully led numerous high-profile projects, including award-winning Almshouses, commercial schemes, and a certified Passivhaus Plus development.

She possesses extensive experience in producing technical design packages, tender documentation, and construction details. Sandra regularly leads multidisciplinary design teams, collaborating with construction professionals to deliver projects from initial concept through to on-site management and contract administration.

Prior to joining Brown & Co, Sandra spent over 15 years with respected architectural practices in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, delivering projects across multiple sectors and building types.

She currently serves as a Quinquennial Inspector for the Diocese of Norwich and sits on the Panel of Consultants for The Almshouse Association.

Before relocating to Norfolk, Sandra completed degrees in Architecture and Heritage Conservation. She is a registered architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB), a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), and is listed on the RIBA Conservation Register as a Conservation Registrant.
