James joined the Agricultural Business Consultancy team at Brown&Co in 2019 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University with a BSc Honours Degree in Agricultural Management. He has a comprehensive understanding of profitable farming with on-farm experience. 

James advises clients on a range of topics, which include managing Contract Farming Agreements, Basic Payment Scheme Applications, Environmental Schemes, Budgeting and Business Appraisals. 

He also is passionate about new technologies in agriculture and keeps up to date with new developments and concepts.

James is also a council member for the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants (BIAC).
