Cannonbury – Best Foot forward with Extension in Brackley

Canonbury Products Ltd supplier of footcare products across the UK & Ireland has signed a lease on 25,000 sq ft at Warwick House, St James Road, Brackley, Northants. This first class warehouse and office facility is situated next to the prestigious Headquarters of the Formula One and World Champions Mercedes AMG and has direct access to the A43 dual carriageway which provides excellent communications to both the M1 and M40 Motorways. This is a significant move within the Brackley area and doubles the space that Canonbury previously had and provides further employment in the town.

Brown & Co acting on behalf of Canonbury negotiated an assignment of a lease from Virgin Atlantic Airways. This is the largest transaction in the area for the past 18 months and demonstrates the industrial growth that is taking place in the vicinity. Warwick House is a high quality Headquarters building and space of this type is in short supply. We are expecting this will encourage new development to take place.

Brown & Co are acting on behalf of developers, Albion Land on 25 acres to the North of the town where consent has been granted for a Sainsbury Superstore, with the remainder of the land being marketed for further employment uses hotel, car showroom, medical centre and B1, B2 & B8 Uses. Infrastructure works will commence in the Spring of 2015.
