Outline planning permission was granted on the 11th April 2019 for the development of 32 residential dwellings. Bassetlaw District Council planning reference number is 17/01300/OUT, further documents relating to the planning permission can be found on the council's website.

An agreed S106 agreement is in place with an education contribution of £80,185 and an off site contribution of £14,840. Bassetlaw District Council has a policy of charging 'CIL' buyers should make their own enquiries.
