Chartered Surveyor Henry Cockerton joined Brown&Co as a Partner in June 2017, following a merger with his company Cockertons of Holt and became Head of the Residential Division in 2019.

Prior to joining Brown&Co Henry was a Partner at Cockertons Chartered Surveyors from 2008 having worked in the business since its formation in 2000. 

Henry heads the Holt office in North Norfolk and whilst specialising in Residential property has a wide range of experience and expertise in all types of Residential, Commercial  and Agricultural property.

Henry has a first-class degree in Estate Management from Reading University and is a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). 

He is also a RICS Registered Valuer, which means he has been accredited by RICS to carry out formal valuations in accordance with their strict requirements.

Henry is an expert in land and property valuation, property and land agency and planning & development.

Henry has helped bring some renowned retailers to Holt, leasing Commercial units to, for example, Fairfax & Favor, Joules, Cecil Amey, Adnams and most recently, White Stuff.
