Leave Norwich via the A146 Trowse bypass and continue on to the A146 Loddon Road towards Loddon

the right into Mill Road. Continue past Green Pastures Garden Centre/ Farm Shop. At the end of the road
turn right and continue along this road in Alpington. Turn right into Bergh Apton road and at the crossroads
at Alpington junior school continue over into Wheel Road, turn right into Cherrywood, just before the Wheel of Fortune public house, and then first left where the plot will be found on the left hand side.

PLANNING
Planning has been approved under planning reference 2019/0655 (Approval of reserved matters) and all of
the relevant documentation can be viewed on South Norfolk District Council's website.

COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE LEVY (CIL)
The development approved is liable for Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and will become payable to
South Norfolk Council on commencement of the development. The amount payable will be calculated
