Location

The land is located to the north of the village of Carlton on Trent between Great North Road and Carlton Lane. The land is easily accessible from nearby junctions off the A1 and villages to the west of the River Trent.

From the A1 junction, make your way to the crossroads of the Great North Road at Carlton on Trent. Turn left towards Sutton-on-Trent, and the field entrance is located approximately 200 yards up the road.

From the A1 junction, make your way to the crossroads of the Great North Road at Carlton on Trent. Cross straight over onto Ferry Lane and follow the road around a right hand bend, turning left to continue along Ferry Lane where there is a dead end sign saying "No access to River Trent". Travel along Ferry Lane for 85 yards, and turn left into Carlton Lane. The field access is 300 yards up the lane on the left.

Please note that Carlton Lane is narrow and for the purposes of viewing, it is advised that you park on Ferry Lane and approach the land on foot, as access to the field will not be given to allow turning of vehicles.
