About this property

Detailed Description

INTRODUCTION
Home Farm, Tibenham extends to approximately 43.27 hectares (106.91 acres) in total. The farm offers a combination of productive arable land, pasture and farm buildings and provides purchasers with an opportunity to acquire a well-equipped mixed unit in an attractive and tranquil rural location.

Home Farm dates back to the 17th century and has been ran as productive dairy farm for the last three generations.

The Farmyard is located to the south of the holding and overlooks pasture to the north and east which forms the main ring-fenced block of land. To the south are two detached parcels. Within the yard is a grain store which has potential for conversion to a commercial or residential use (subject to planning) and ample space within the former stack yard for ancillary outdoor space. There is a further modern livestock building to the north of the yard area.
