Legal Costs

Exchange of contracts will take place 28 days after receipt by the Purchaser's Solicitor of the draft contract. Completion will be 12 weeks thereafter.


The existing consent does not have any requirement for a CIL payment or s.106 obligations

The property will be sold with an overage whereby the Vendors reserve the right to receive 40% of any increase in value if a more valuable planning permission is obtained within 30 years from completion of the sale.
